Miguel Vazquez, Owner & Executive Chef
A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu culinary institute in Las Vegas. For many years, he worked as a chef at JW Marriott Hotel, Caesars Palace, Cosmopolitan Hotel, and Top of The World restaurant at Stratosphere Hotel Casino & Resort.
He brings his culinary experience gained from traveling all over the world to create our global fusion menu, inspired by Latin, Asian, Western, and European cuisines.
Joseph Zeigler, Co-Owner
Co-owner of Aperitivo with deep experience in hospitality and guest satisfaction. Focused on building strong relationships with the neighborhood.
