Miguel Vazquez - OWNER AND EXECUTIVE CHEF
Graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in Las Vegas. For many years, he worked as a chef at JW Marriott Hotel, Caesar Palace, Cosmopolitan Hotel, and Top of The World restaurant at Stratosphere Hotel Casino & Resort.
He brings his Culinary experience gained from traveling all over the world to create our global fusion menu. Inspired by Latin, Asian, Western and European cuisines.
Jae Zeigler- Owner and General Manager
Co-owner of Aperitivo for three years. Hospitality manager for over ten years. Vast experience with guest satisfaction and community. Focuses to build a community relation with the neighborhood.
Tyler Goddard- Bar Manager
Graduate of Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. He incorporates his knowledge from the culinary field to create high end cocktails, selections on wines and beers to pair with our menu.
Joshua Harjes- Chef de Cuisine
Our Chef de Cuisine, Graduate from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. Works hand in hand with the executive chef, incorporating his knowledge of Asian cuisine.
